(Celestia has seen Twilight freak out before. Plenty of times. She may be somewhat used to it, but that doesn't mean she enjoyed seeing them...especially when she gets like this.)
It is an admittedly difficult situation Twilight, but one we are still working through.
And as Luna said, several of your friends are already here and I'm sure they'll be delighted to see you. (Focus on friends. That should help...probably.)
