(Anyone out and about the village today will most likely find Celestia going about her usual stroll...but this time, she's brought along her phoenix, Philomena.)
Go ahead and stretch your wings, Philomena. And try not to be too mischievous; I have my eyes on you.
(She says with a smile and some light laughter. The phoenix nods in understanding, and takes off, majestically soaring through the skies and over the village in general. She doesn't have a set destination in mind, but it's not like a phoenix needs an excuse to fly. Celestia will be somewhere within range of Philomena guaranteed, but hey, the bird may touch down if she sees something interesting.
...also yes, that is really a phoenix. And it is really flying around Luceti. Really.)

(Check it out, fellow villagers; the video's picking up on a bright flash of light creaking in through the window. Wanna know what's taking its place once the light dims down a bit? A tall, white horse with a long, flowing mane and a crown on her head. Probably similar to another regal pony, right?
Well you're absolutely right about that. She looks to be in one of the community building's rooms. Surprise surprise, it's the same one as Luna's.)
That was certainly an unexpected detour. One I hope I won't have to venture again, but I've finally made my return from the mission on the moon.
I didn't give a proper introduction during my previous visit, but now seems to be a great time for such things. (She smiles a bit.) I am Princess Celestia of Equestria. It is a great pleasure to meet everypony else here. It seems as tho-
(Nope. Looks like her sentence is interrupted by a brief flash of flame before a phoenix perches herself on one of Celestia's forelegs.)
Ah, it seems they've decided to bring you along as well, my pet. Everypony, this is Philomena. Say hello, Philomena.
